Short distance walk from MRT TAIPEI MAIN STATION (use Exit Z4). Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Got hot & cold water but of course no bidet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I got some problem while directing myself to the hotel but I messaged them using this app and the reply it directly.

Compact rooms but the hotel has everything one might need, including a free laundry & drying room with detergents, a lounge with coffee, tea, water dispensers and microwaves for own food if desired. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Many cafeterias and vegetarian/vegan restaurants right in the vicinity. Close to the brown metro line that takes you directly to TSA, or other connecting metro lines.Warmly recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel. I was impressed because of the decoration, the nature theme was amazing, the building is quiet and relaxed, since the moment you arrive the aroma in the ambience is delicious. I love everything about this hotel, also the staff is Ku d and helpful. The waiter at the breakfast, Sandra at the reception and Sylvia the hostess in the restaurant, she is super kind and warm. Location is convenient and walkable from the Taipei main area (although closer to Beimen). The entire stay was so well thought out - you can tell that the owners really paid attention to the details including accommodating your late check ins despite not being staffed after 7pm, giving extremely detailed and clear instructions for your check in, extremely comfortable beds, labelling of everything around, etc. Good and safe experience for solo travelers. Each bed is like its own self sustaining pod to hide within with dedicated charging, hangers, light, large lockers provided, decent sound proofing around.
