The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great. Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

Excellent location, very easy to locate, it has walking distance to Taipei Main Station, Ximen Station (blue, green line), NTU Hospital Station (red line). The room was kept clean with staff coming everyday to pick up the trash, refill water bottles and tissue paper. Receptionists were present until late night and were very helpful.

Located a short walk from the main train station, at first I thought the location was a bit in the wilderness. However, after spending some time in the area (and other parts of the city) I realised that the hotel was located in the middle of the 'happening' parts of the city. Lots of interesting shops around, plenty of food options, and very close (walking distance) to many of the best tourist sites. I stayed in a fabulous room on the 7th floor: the room seemed like it was brand new and with everything you could ever need, including Japanese-style heated toilet. Staff spoke good English, were helpful and very friendly. From the hotel, it's a 7-10 minute walk to the railway station, and about the same to the bus station. Buses to the airport run 24/7 and are inexpensive. Trains run only from 6am. The airport is about 40km from the city and it takes around an hour by bus/train.
