Great hotel with excellent services. Bed is very comfortable and room services are quick and perfect. Location is less ideal (12 mins walk to metro) but given the quality of facilities and services I would def stay here again. There is a 24 hours book store next door for the ones who love reading. The lounge is also full of books for borrowing and reading.

Location, location, location. It's right across street from Taipei 101, which has shopping and restaurants galore.
I was given a corner King size unit with seperate sitting area and Taipei 101 view. It's very spacious. The breakfast and dinners were both excellent. The most important thing is that due to its international clientele, it has an ATM connected with PLUS system so I could withdraw local currency with my US debit card.
The staff was courtious. I left my debit card inside the ATM one day. They called the bank that owns the ATM and I got my card back by day-end.

The location was amazing for shops and nightlife, and the rooms were not loud or noisy at all. We were on the 7th floor, did a short stay for food, shops, and to meet up with friends - it was perfect for our stay.
