Compact rooms but the hotel has everything one might need, including a free laundry & drying room with detergents, a lounge with coffee, tea, water dispensers and microwaves for own food if desired. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Many cafeterias and vegetarian/vegan restaurants right in the vicinity. Close to the brown metro line that takes you directly to TSA, or other connecting metro lines.Warmly recommend!

The service was outstanding. I arrived having lost my phone in the taxi; the bell team immediately recalled the cab number, contacted the driver, and had it returned—above-and-beyond. They even helped us to make reservation with hard-to-book restaurants.
Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.

Just 5-10 min walk from either Zhongshan metro or Taipei main station. Easy to locate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their hospitality is exceptional. Room is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb. Hotel provides generous snacks and supper too. Very grateful to the hotel for providing free laundry especially during the hot summer. Felt relax, comfortable and just like being at home during the entire stay. Special thanks to Kim from the front desk for all the recommendations in Taipei.
