We had room with the balcony and it was spacious and very clean. Hotel provides comfortable experience in the Taipei central district. Breakfast buffet is different every day and each dish is very tasty. Afternoon tea and night soup is thoughtful addition.
But what makes this place stand out (in my opinion) - is staff! everybody is professional, super friendly and helpful!

There's many to mention but i'd like to start of with the customer service. The front desk is very helpful with our requests. The room layout was exceptional (really loved the raised floor design). My partner and I were shocked with the space and ambiance as we felt like we were home. Every equipment was working properly. The bed was very comfortable, and the closet space was amazing.

I have to start with an unfortunate event that turned out to be very fortunate for us: we stayed in this hotel at the time of the 7.4 earthquake in early April. The event itself was absolutely scary, but looking back we were very thankful to stay at this place instead of anywhere else. The building was all moving and shaking, but there was no damage at all thanks to the construction of the building.
The staff was very nice and helpful at all times.
The building is beautiful, including the interior and the room! We absolutely loved the white colours in the room.
The room was spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice walk in closet, an office corner and a huge bathroom (we loved the Japanese style toilet :) ).
The location is great, there are two shopping malls in a walking distance, with some nice restaurants.

The staff made you feel welcome and went out of their way to answer any query. The location was excellent, close to both MRT and bus stops. Along the walk back from the MRT, there is a 7-11, a Family Mart, a park and a nice coffee shop. To the right of the hotel, there is a local breakfast place called Wang Mama which serves the best turnip cake and pan fried wonton.
