Staffs were nice and helpful. The location is great, easy to get to MRT and there are bus stops close by, only few stops from Taipei main station. The room was so comfortable, unique design in each room, the bathroom was well design.We totally loved it. We already booked another stay with them this upcoming weekend.

The service was outstanding. I arrived having lost my phone in the taxi; the bell team immediately recalled the cab number, contacted the driver, and had it returned—above-and-beyond. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious and very quiet, and every staff member I met was pleasant, professional, and proactive.

If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

We stayed 3 nights in Standard Triple Studio. The room had separate bedroom connected by a small living room with kitchen and working table, it was very spacious and efficient. The hotel's breakfast was also pretty nice with fresh fruit and vegetable juices juiced on the spot. The hotel staffs were attentive and prompt, able to coordinate everything for our various needs, and most surprisingly they have provided us a surprise gift to celebrate my mum's birthday which coincided with our period of stay. <3 We loved everything about Jolley Hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here for their visit in Taipei. :)

Very confy rooms, the breakfast is very good, more intercontinental than asian options, I would say. Pity was that there was no sweet buffet for breakfast (just fruits). Complimentary mini bar in the room. Very friendly and helpful stuff! Around 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre. I definately recommend it!
