Staffs were nice and helpful. The location is great, easy to get to MRT and there are bus stops close by, only few stops from Taipei main station. The room was so comfortable, unique design in each room, the bathroom was well design.We totally loved it. We already booked another stay with them this upcoming weekend.

The service was outstanding. I arrived having lost my phone in the taxi; the bell team immediately recalled the cab number, contacted the driver, and had it returned—above-and-beyond. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious and very quiet, and every staff member I met was pleasant, professional, and proactive.

i loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were! they will explain everything patiently and you can ask them anytime. there's always someone at the front door to open it for you and welcome you back.
the room was very spacious and looked more on the luxurious side, classical and clean.
breakfast was pretty expensive but you had lots of delicious and healthy options! the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful too.
plus the lobby smells really nice haha
and they had this thing where they give out free snacks and drinks if you are environmentally friendly and don't get your room cleaned every day! but even without this 'project' they have water and snacks for you.

Lovely hotel and staff - especially Kim and the other lady who was with Kim in the same shift at the reception desk (she helped me with my laundry). Two the kindest people on earth. The hotel is very clean and a great location. Highly recommended! If I ever returned to Taipei, I would definately stay there again.

True to the reviews, we stayed here 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. Baby friendly , good location with 24/7 mart right opposite and a night market right behind. Good service with very helpful staff . Good choices for breakfast even for vegetarians. Clean and spacious rooms with everything from washing machine to baby's sterilizer. Strongly recommended for families with kids especially!
