MANHO is flawless, from the moment of our arrival until we check-in to the room, everything was so comforting and felt like homecoming. We gotta give a 100% score for receptionist Maggie, she's a lovely lady with great vibes, we always chat comfortably whenever she is on duty at the front desk, of course the other staffs are very friendly and helpful too! There is always a pleasant fragrance in their interiors, which makes people feel relaxed after walking in. We love their bathroom the most, clean, spacious and warm. We wanna highlight here was they have upgraded by adding a goose-neck hand drip coffee kettle, we love it! MANHO considered as one of the must-stay-in accommodation to us whenever we travel to Taichung City. There are many local eatery nearby and some famous tourist spots to explore! I hope they provide/set-up exclusive membership to loyal guests like us, Manho please look into this proposition xD

Every single detail was carefully thought through, we loved the hotel so much!
All the little custom touches, comfy beds, bathrobes and slippers, beautiful bathroom were really appreciated.
But the best part was the staff, they were by far the best we're ever had. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, spoke english and anticipated our needs without ever being pushy.
The concierge helped us pick the perfect tour to Sun-Moon lake at a great price, confirmed all the details and options with us, handled the communication and payments with the driver, booked for us, and even called our driver while we were on our way back to make sure the tour went well. The reception staff was also lovely and helped us with so many things. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay, we're so happy we also got to celebrate the hotel opening.
If you go to Taichung this is definitely the best hotel to stay at :)
