This is easily the nicest place I've stayed in Taiwan. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, the staff was knowledgeable, and the location can't be beat! The laundry services were easy to use (coin op, 90 TWD total), and the breakfast vouchers were a nice touch. Free water, coffee, tea, and the place was well-designed and again, quiet. I was able to take a work call from my room without worrying about wifi or waking up a neighbor.

Every single detail was carefully thought through, we loved the hotel so much!
All the little custom touches, comfy beds, bathrobes and slippers, beautiful bathroom were really appreciated.
But the best part was the staff, they were by far the best we're ever had. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, spoke english and anticipated our needs without ever being pushy.
The concierge helped us pick the perfect tour to Sun-Moon lake at a great price, confirmed all the details and options with us, handled the communication and payments with the driver, booked for us, and even called our driver while we were on our way back to make sure the tour went well. The reception staff was also lovely and helped us with so many things. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay, we're so happy we also got to celebrate the hotel opening.
If you go to Taichung this is definitely the best hotel to stay at :)

The room at this hotel is very spacious and kept clean. The bed is also quite comfortable, allowing for a good rest. The breakfast offers a decent variety, and the fresh fruit and bread are especially delicious. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

I enjoyed the big rooms with terrific views of the city. The rooms are modern and have a great design aesthetic.
I loved the rooftop pool and bar area. Perfect for lounging and relaxing. The hotel is also located in the center of Taichung city and next to some interesting tourist sites like Taichung Railway Station, Miyahara and many more.
I’ve stayed at many hotels in Taichung and this is probably my favourite so far.

5mins walk from Taichung train station and there are lots of Asean eateries around the area. It is, after all, located at ASEAN square. The room was big and, despite other reviews of the KTV noise, I was able to sleep well with no noise at night.

I like the cleanness of room, also have a privacy for the guests (having ear plugs). The hostel is so convenient, if you arrived Taichung. Walking will take about 5 - 10 minutes. I loved the bathroom, it is seperated from bedding room.
