The room is spacious, comfort and clean. The staff are helpful. Free bicycle rental available there. The location is strategic, super convenient to night market, food restaurants, morning markets within walking distance and even more convenient with their bicycles plus an extra thoughtful handphone holder in each bicycle. There are free usage of washing machines and dryers in the basement which highly recommended to who travel long period in Taiwan like us. The breakfast full of variety, even with variety of flower tea (not tea pack, are dried flowers tea ingredients c/w guidelines of mix + match flowers), coffee machine with match latte, beef soup on the spot, and etc. Due to Sunday's crowd, the staff let us choose the section of breakfast in advance when we check-in. This hotel is considered fully covered all needs of hotel guests which surprise me! The hotel's management is really present their professionalism in this hospitality industry. Thank you.

This boutique hotel has very tasteful interior design. We booked a room with vinyl player, we get to rent vinyl for free from the lobby. There are also film cameras to rent at the lobby too. Staff were very helpful with the vinyl rental arrangement! They have great facilities too. They have a thoughtfully curated library (books are mainly in mandarin). There are also well equipped kitchen and a communal dining area. They even have an arcade room! There are two washing machines and two dryer, great for those who stays long and need to do laundry The breakfast provided is at a restaurant at top floor, which has modern retro design. They provide wide variety of local food at the breakfast bar, which we enjoyed a lot! Provintia Hotel even created a newspaper, book and booklet that introduce attractions or food in Tainan city. They don’t have to do that, but they put in the effort to give the extra touch that elevates the stay. The Provintia Hotel team has done a good job! From design, to hospitality, branding, to even collaborating with the local community for special event. Please keep it up, needless to say, I will come back to stay in Provintia Hotel if I’m ever in Tainan again.

this place really feels like a home away from home. the entry area with it's many plants is very welcoming. the whole place is very clean, well organized and nicely decorated. the bed and bedding is comfy. the room has a high ceiling and feels very spacious. everything is modern and you find all the accomodations you need.

I understand the hype about this place. It's exceptionally clean, renovated, modern and the bed is so comfy. The pictures doesn't do it justice, it's much prettier in person. Perfectly situated next to the train station. It's a self check-in, there's no reception, but you can still use the luggage room on your own and you pay no fees for late check-in. The host is super responsive. Great price for what it is.
