The staffs were amazingly helpful and exceptional service.
We took tazara bit it was delayed for 10 hours and qe came bback to hotel to uae the lobby until about time to go back to train station and staffs were very accommodating our distress and allowed us to us the lobby lounge until then.
Room was nice and comfortable, breakfast is good and location also good place.

The place is excellent value for budget travellers.
It offers bigger rooms than comparable hotels in the area, definitely cleaner and quieter than many.
I got upgraded to a balcony room upon request. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the free streetside parking was very useful.
I'm making it my regular spot from now on

The host Mr Brown was extremely friendly and welcoming. He picked us up from the airport. The apartment was very clean. He took us into town (for a fee) for a tour and to help us sort out various admin issues like sim cards, bureau de change, ferry booking and showed us around. He also dropped as off at the ferry terminal. The wifi connection was good. We only did one night, but I'm hoping to be able to stay our last night there too when we get back from zanzibar. There is a kettle in the kitchen and a few utensils so we could make tea or coffe. Very good value for money!

The accommodation is exactly as the pictures. The host communicated effectively. She is a very kind lady. My booking was on the same day I arrived and yet the accommodation was ready! You don't see this often these days. The accommodation is in a nice neighborhood with various shops at restaurants. It is not far from the beach. Everywhere was clean and spotless. The WiFi was perfect. I had no issues at all. I hope to stay here again.
