Good location, near Golden gates (Zolotoji Vorota), near a lot of reataurants like Chichiko, Kitaiskij Privet, Taiskij privet, Honey and etc.

I was thoroughly impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, from the capsules to the shared facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Despite the compact size, the capsules were surprisingly comfortable, providing a peaceful sleep. The hotel is ideally situated, close to the hyper center of the city with multiple restaurants around and close to the opera house. The team of the hotel is young, sympathetic, efficient and very helpful whatever you may ask. The room was wide and had all the equipment I would have expected from a five star hotel, even though it has "only" four star. I also used the fitness room which had all the equipments we would expect in a fitness club.
And I had dinner at the gourmet restaurant at the top floor where the food was very very good.
When I come back to Kiev, there will be a no brainer, I will choose this hotel.

-Lovely and friendly landlord.
-Location was perfect, 15 min walk from maidan square.
-Shop open until 23.00 right next to the entrance .
-the flat it self was superb, clean and modern.

Awesome location, 4 min walk from subway, 16-ish min walk from Unit.city, 3 stops away from Maidan. Very practical layout, small fridge, microwave, inductive cooking panel if you have time & willingness (i didn't), shower & wc, even i think i saw a washing machine (that i didn't use).
