The hotel is conveniently accessible from the airport .10 minutes by bus, line SL1 travel is free. The hotel has very friendly staff, ready to solve all problems. The room we stayed in was very clean and on the quiet side.

Everything. The staff from the get go was amazing, super friendly and helpful! The room itself was superb, spacious, modern and clean. The Captain’s lounge was really nice. The location was very nice, we enjoyed staying on the harbour with awesome views and away from the city centre itself. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to. The breakfast was also the best I ever had at any hotel. When we checked out we took an uber to the airport. In between all the packing and loading the car with a busy toddler we forgot my carry-on bag at the front door. We only figured this out when we were at the airport and they contacted me. They phoned me and I asked if anyone can bring the bag. Jack and the team at Boston Yacht Haven was beyond amazing and the extra mile the went with bringing the bag was exceptional. I would definitely go back. And would highly recommend this place

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Boston. The location is super convenient, close to the airport and set in a charming portside neighborhood. The room was spotless, tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the marine-inspired design that flows throughout the hotel.

the location is excellent, with beautiful views , it is a quick walk from main attractions in the Northern End and Walk of Freedom. We would definitely recommend this hotel, the stuff us very friendly and they were able to accommodate early check in
