ALmost everything went well - polite and helpful staff, comfortable room, nice view of city form window, fitness equipment a bonus as was the free "water+lemon+ginger" in the lounge. Easy access to other parts of Brooklyn, to Manhattan and to La Guardia airport. Nice cafes near by. Highly recommended.

Full marks to the Henry Norman for wonderfully friendly and helpful front desk. Check-in and check-out were a positive pleasure. Lots of good advice about the neighbourhood We stayed in a big family loft-style room which was partitioned into a sleeping space and a living-space with sofa-bed. Given that we were there for five nights, we were delighted to find that the kitchen had everything we might want — toaster, coffee-maker, fridge, oven, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Good fast internet. Quiet street. Arty but relaxed decor. I hope to stay again.
