Lovely view of manhatten . Great size room . Tv in the room . Shower was great. Breakfast was good but really busy . Fruit juices tea coffee cereal and porridge sachets. Fresh fruit yogurts eggs and sausage patties breads and waffles as well as croissants. Not too far from a subway station . Next door but 1 to a pub and across from dunkin donuts . It's basic but cheap . We felt safe and it had everything we needed . Would deffo. Go back

The staff was incredibly helpful, like above and beyond. I asked them a million questions about subway routes and getting to JFK, and they helped me plan it all. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful, 10-night stay at Artezen Hotel. The room is comfortable and clean with the little touches that make the stay, such as the slippers and daily water and coffee pods. I felt safe and secure coming home each day. I was on the 6th floor and didn't have much of a view but expected that. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional - the staff on the front desk and door along with staff I ran into in the lift were super friendly, kind and helpful. It was really nice coming home to a 'welcome back" each day. The Hide rooftop bar is cozy also with quality cocktails and food. Highly recommend:) I look forward to coming back one day!
