Friendly staff, very cozy hotel, less packed than the big Manhattan hotels. Good breakfast although I regret that they still use carton cups, we are in 2023, wake up and think to environment!

I appreciated the convenient location, the décor, cleanliness, comfortable bed and amenities. The breakfast choices were very good. The staff in all the different service areas were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The Luma Hotel was an excellent choice.
