We stayed at The William Vale back in December 2021. No comparison. Maybe it was due to the pandemic, but this time it was a world of difference. Back then, everything felt run-down and the staff weren’t particularly friendly. This time, everything was top-notch.

Super modern. Beautiful. The lobby/ foyer is a beautiful spot that we found lots of people working from home in. The cafe inside is cute. Perfect location for us.

I think this is my first time giving a 10, and it’s very subjective—unfortunately, I got very sick on my last day, so I spent the whole day in their amazing lounge downstairs. No one bothered me, and I was able to rest peacefully, for which I’m very thankful!
Now for the objective part: they offer coffee, tea, and snacks/fruits 24/7, which was great. The location is a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around New York. The hotel was always quiet, and the room itself was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a heating issue, but they resolved it immediately.

Very nice property and I really like the feel of most of these Indigo hotels. This one exceeded my expectations. Really nice bar on the 4th floor with views of lower Manhattan. The L train is right on the corner for a quick trip to Manhattan. Great Brooklyn vibe!
