We were greeted with friendly faces. I had sent a message asking if we could have a double bed instead of a king room, and they could accommodate us. We also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast in the morning. It was within walking distance to the nearby mall and train station. We would stay here again in the future.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were very helpful & friendly. I had a very early start the one day and the man on reception waited with me outside for my taxi. Always services with a smile and good conversation. The food in the restaurant was delicious at breakfast - we didn't get a chance to try it for dinner but it smelt delicious and the bar service was great. Our room was lovely, great bathroom (shower) and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness suite was small but more than enough for what I needed and had a good array of equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again for our next visit.

Just as a hotel should be. Great house, perfect location, super service and fantastic suite. Quiet although it's in a busy area, comfortable beds, chic decor that is never loud; it's really easy to feel welcome and it's tempting to stay in bed a little longer. A detail: we forgot a cable in the room and got a personal, friendly email from the concierge before we even noticed we had lost it with suggestions on how to get it back.
