Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

The staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with and we have traveled all over the world. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The front desk people, cleaning staff, manager and bartender. Really. It was super!

Outdoor pool was lovely and had plenty of loungers in the shade. Rooms were comfortable and service was wonderful.

I really had no idea what a great my son and I were in for. It was so beautiful and elegant. Looks and feels brand new, great attention to detail in maintaining and upkeep of an old train station also. The staff were wonderful! I world definitely stay again!
