First of all location - next to the blue line to O'Hare airport. The hotel is next to the loop too and most of the downtown atractions are in the walking distance. Room was big and beds were really comfortable. They were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and super helpful- they would share what'd happening in the downtown worth seeing (blues festival). Great value for money. Lots of eating options nearby. I will come back here, if I'm ever again in Chicago.

The room size is big enough and you find all things you need daily. Coffee and Water is always for free. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The Atwood restaurant is a really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taste and quality of the food is always delicious. All staff is very friendly and always helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent. You can explore the city easily from this location. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. I loved the open plan design. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and the buffet breakfast was so enjoyable .

How accommodating the staff were. The front desk were able to let us check in early. After a 14hour flight we struggled to sightsee until check-in time.
Our Breakfast server, Ariane, was delightfully cheerful, asking after everyone, humming away. Such a treasure. The location was within minutes of Union Station, Sears Tower, L train,, Starbucks, 24hour minimart (circle k) and walgreens.
