The second floor recreation area lounge kitchen area was the most amazing ive evwr stayed in
I got back late and sat in the lubch room drank one of the free coffees and the elevated train goes right past the window of the second floor right at the window!!
Beautiful location too walked from there about 15 mins to the nuseum and observatory to the most ibstagramable spots on the waterfront with all the city background
Never needed to catch a subway the whole time
And the antrack station was close enought to lyft for $10 too

The Hotel is bang in the middle of Chicago.The room had a view of the River & because we was on the 18th floor views of all the buildings along the river.
On second floor of the Hotel they have a big room with sofas & you can go anytime to relax & make a coffe all for free
If ever I go back to Chicago I will stay again in the River Hotel

Everything was great! Really enjoyed. The staff was very nice, always greeting when arriving to the hotel. Also, I wanted to ask one thing before my stay and the hotel replied really quickly, which is often not the case.

Very nice reception staff; we were upgraded for our second night to a room with river view. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Room size is good. Excellent WiFi signal. Very safe location with easy access to airport train ( less than 10 minutes walk).
