I had a positive experience staying at this hotel. It is located 7-10 minutes from both Millennium Park and the Chicago Riverwalk. I especially want to highlight the stunning city view from the room, the pleasant atmosphere, the friendly staff and the clean rooms/bedding.
A nice touch was the small welcome gifts at check-in - a water bottle, a coupon for a complimentary drink at the restaurant, and more, as well as Halloween treats. It was also very convenient that the Atwood restaurant is located on the first floor, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Friendliness and efficiency of staff. All the necessities are provided (toiletries, breakfast, luggage storage). Location is superb that within 5 months to CTA metro that connects to all places in Chicago including to the O’Hare Airport (take blue line, less than an hour and just $5 for one day unlimited travel on bus and metro.
