Excellent location, in the heart of the Loop, very nearby to red and blue subway stations, as well as many bus lines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everyday housekeeping service. Staff was nice, easy to check in and check out plus any other special request. Stable and strong WiFi.

How accommodating the staff were. The front desk were able to let us check in early. After a 14hour flight we struggled to sightsee until check-in time.
Our Breakfast server, Ariane, was delightfully cheerful, asking after everyone, humming away. Such a treasure. The location was within minutes of Union Station, Sears Tower, L train,, Starbucks, 24hour minimart (circle k) and walgreens.
