Staff was always kind and willing to help. Room was big and noise proof. Amazing location in the loop, close to everything that's beautiful and useful in Chicago.
They offer a great coffee machine 24/7 and some tasty popcorn everything afternoon. Loved this perk so much!

The room was very efficient and clean, had everything I needed. The view of the city was beautiful. The staff was attentive and excellent. My last night I had an issue with an electrical short in the room (not the fault of the hotel) and the staff immediately resolved the issue and switched my room (and the manager followed up the next morning). The bar and lobby area is amazing and I thought the taco restaurant and quick serve area was perfect for grabbing something on the go or a late night snack

I had an amazing time during my staying at Kasa. It was my first time and i had no idea it would’ve been this great.
The apartment was super clean, well decorate and super well located (really close to the downtown area).
I was able to enjoy the pool, Gym room with my access card and i felt very secure during the whole time.
The team was really friendly and nice, helped me out when needed.
I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation with them for my next trip.
