We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel!
From the moment we checked in, the staff took great care of us – myself, my wife, and our 5-year-old daughter.
The spa, pool, and Terrace 16 restaurant were all excellent.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and top-notch service!

The room was very efficient and clean, had everything I needed. The view of the city was beautiful. The staff was attentive and excellent. My last night I had an issue with an electrical short in the room (not the fault of the hotel) and the staff immediately resolved the issue and switched my room (and the manager followed up the next morning). The bar and lobby area is amazing and I thought the taco restaurant and quick serve area was perfect for grabbing something on the go or a late night snack

The staff is helpful and the location is great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A more spacious room was offered as an upgrade, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness was top notch.

The Room was amazing, it was spacious, a modern flat screen, a small fridge, a desk and bathroom. It was absolutely clean and the housekeeping is engaged and cleaning the room on a daily basis. We enjoyed fresh water and fresh towels on a daily bases.
The hotel is perfectly located and is in a very good shape.
Staff and management is friendly and attentive. One day the revolving door squeaks a bit, but on the next day, it was directly oiled. This small details show, that the management is doing all their best to keep this old hotel in a perfect shape.
