We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby.
The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding.
The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions.
Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

Everything was exceptional. From check-in to check out. I had a very late flight on departure day and was allowed to stay up until 6pm on the day of the check out. A really rare occurrence, even for such upscale hotel.

The apartment is very nice. It’s bright, with fresh renovations, and clean. When we were in Chicago, the weather was very rainy, and we spent a lot of time in the apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The panoramic window is a highlight of this apartment.
I found everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. Clean and new dish sponges — a nice little detail that’s very rare in the U.S.
Also, on the first floor, you can buy coffee at the café without leaving the building.

I was impressed by the room with its incredible view and the fireplace. The staff, the room service, I could go on and on, but to make it short: my stay exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in the original Waldorf in NYC many years ago and I am so glad to have had another amazing experience at a Waldorf. A special thanks to Angel. 10/10 in every way and I will definitely be back next time I am in Chicago.
