Loved the room, very quiet and clean. Plenty of outlets for chargers and laptop. Mini fridge, coffee maker. Great desk area for working, nice livingroom area for relaxing. Breakfast better than most with plenty of options but would like longer hours. 9am is early to end breakfast when on vacation. Beautiful views from breakfast area. Nice view from 4th floor room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

Everything was exceptional. From check-in to check out. I had a very late flight on departure day and was allowed to stay up until 6pm on the day of the check out. A really rare occurrence, even for such upscale hotel.

The apartment is very nice. It’s bright, with fresh renovations, and clean. When we were in Chicago, the weather was very rainy, and we spent a lot of time in the apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The panoramic window is a highlight of this apartment. I found everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. Clean and new dish sponges — a nice little detail that’s very rare in the U.S. Also, on the first floor, you can buy coffee at the café without leaving the building.
