I love everything about this hotel. From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.

Very clean, quiet, water, ice and microwave on every floor, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
All of the above essential as I was a lone traveller visiting to run the marathon. Hydration is a must before and after, and I didn't need to carry huge amounts to the hotel. I had an added bonus of a shuttle bus to the start of the marathon starting at 4.30am and a pick up afterwards!
