We decided to leave the hotel we had booked earlier because we had a very unpleasant situation there.
So we booked this hotel instead. What a fabtastic decision!
It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the nice lady at the reception gave us an upgrade to a room with beauful ocean views. Staff of this hotel were even apologetic for the bad experience we had in the other place in Galveston.
Right across the beach at a great location!

Excellent stay with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Before arrival we received an email from Shannon that made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would recommend The 1890 Freeman House to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Shannon for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
