The hotel is extremely clean. You get fresh fruit every day and snacks for free. The hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The lady at reception was worried about me overworking because I was on business trip. She supplied me with water and checked if I was ok when I took a break from my online office.

Room was huge, comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff were always very helpful - opening the kiosk out of hours and taking in a delivery on my behalf. Check in and check out was great. Location is great - walkable around downtown and generally safe (felt less safe further east around Main Street etc.).

Didn’t eat the breakfast, but the location of the hotel was great you could walk anywhere. The price was great not to expensive for something not with the money.. this hotel was great the staff was really nice the price was great and the rooms was really nice and big very worth the money. Definitely will be back again.

Perfect location for me at the time. The room was exceptionally good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did enjoy food from the onsite cafe. I just cannot fault this hotel at all and I have stayed in many around the world. If I return to Houston at any time, I will definitely stay there again.
