Great location with very nice view over the city and bay. The room had a balcony and two large windows. The people working at the hotel was so nice to us and especially our kids. The restaurant was a great experience as well and here the people working there was so nice and chatty. It’s located right at the beach and you can go directly there from the pool area. The pool was heated which was a nice surprise because it was a bit windy the day we arrived.

OMG, the View!!! I Booked the beachfront house(they gave me one on the 10th floor), and I got 'Wowwwww moment 'at sunrise time on Christmas day at 7:08 am. I am so glad I booked it at the last minute. It was the best decision made during the Miami trip. My friend is also very happy to wake up on the beach at sunrise. Also, the couch in the living room is a convertible bed! There is free valet parking, the lobby has coffee in the morning. 3-minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants down the street. Also full-kitchen set if you want to cook with small free snacks on the house. During my stay, I wake up for an early morning walk along the beach then drive along the coastline further south to Key West.

So close to the beach and personal touch when I asked if I could check in early. They (Vanesa) did all they could to accommodate and I did get to check in early due to early arrival in Miami

Just a lovely stay. The room was incredible and the breakfast all though basic was very nice. the receptionist DSE was friendly helpful and just a delight (thank you DSE). I will definitely be coming back I can't say enough about how lovely the place is.
