So close to the beach and personal touch when I asked if I could check in early. They (Vanesa) did all they could to accommodate and I did get to check in early due to early arrival in Miami

I was absolutely happy with the choice of a place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was the way it should be and even more: the hotel design is fantastic (the way the architects combined the old historical part of the property with the new one is a masterpiece), perfect location, excellent service, wonderful spa, great food for dinner, great setting of the Champaign bar.

Very nice hotel with very polite stuff and is perfect for families with kids and pets. Everything is near the beach, shops etc . It is one of the very rare, real pet friendly hotels. We had a great time there, we will visit again.

Everything was perfect, beautiful rooms, very clean, staff was very helpful, especially Juan. The neighborhood was safe and had nice coffee shops and small restaurants near by. The dinner and the bakery on the corner are excellent. Bonus is a free parking.

The staff was Brilliant!! The way she made our stay - Brilliant after a super long journey - I couldn’t say thank you enough to our night rep Dawntavia! She made us want to stay longer! Also - the rooms were incredible. Spotless, fresh clean scent, spacious, well equipped with everything you would want or need for a stay.
