This hotel was a real find and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was excellent. So easy to get around on foot or by tube. The staff we very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Good size room. No noise Elevators worked. Tea/ coffee making facilities.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is so cozy and homey — from the very first day, you feel like a truly welcome guest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a stay special. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which is such a big plus. The location is perfect: everything is close by, making it easy to walk around and explore New York. On my next trip, I won’t even consider another place — I’ll definitely be coming back here!

It was our first time in NY and I red a lot of negative comments before our trip. But I can say that we highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, we all know that. But the hotel is a good choice, the room is comfortable, always clean and not noisy at all. (We had a front city view). We did not interact much but any time we had an issue they solved it in less than 10 minutes. They were super helpful all the time. We spent 7 nights here and we definitely would repeat!

We would stay here again and again -- some of the best value for money in New York. Really safe, accommodating spot in a great, great neighbourhood. Truly a fantastic stay. We didn't spend much time in our room, but just know the rooms are basic -- nothing too special, but they are functional. Amazing staff. Great bagel places nearby. Central to anything in New York City.

Conveniently located, this hostel is a warm, home-like place to stay. The clean cozy decorated cubicles have the necessary space to sleep and baggage storage. Toilettes are clean and spacious. And the public area always smell like fresh coffee and delicious fruits and homemade bakery that you can enjoy for free. People in charge are nice and helpful , they are always there in case you need anything.

Perfect location in Manhattan, close to metro station. Fantastic breakfast, which you could take away, had coffee 24/7. Nice room view from the 32nd floor. It can be a little crowded in breakfast or in rush hours in the elevators, keep in mind, but it was so vfm. The staff was great and the room super clean.
