Pros: Excellent location. Redone and modernized historical building. Rooms are spacious (for NYC standards) and the pillows/bed are extremely comfortable. Loved the Marshall speakers available bedside. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is so cozy and homey — from the very first day, you feel like a truly welcome guest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a stay special. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which is such a big plus. The location is perfect: everything is close by, making it easy to walk around and explore New York. On my next trip, I won’t even consider another place — I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I had a pleasant stay the few days I stayed at the property. The staff was very friendly throughout, the warmth of the people who allowed you to serve yourself whatever you wanted for breakfast, and the option of checking in early. It's clear they really do it to serve their fellow guests.

Everything about this hotel was perfect: placement, room size, clean, breakfast, staff. This is a very big hotel, but you don't have a feeling like it because everything is so well organized. You can walk to a lot of main places. We never used a metro because there are buses that connect you to every single part of the city. We will definitely come back! P.S. free coffee all the time is a big plus, and it's in flower shops street, which is very charming.
