The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

I really loved staying here! What an absolute gem of a spot- very roomy for New York and an incredible location. My room was large, clean, well decorated, and a combination of restful and pragmatic, with a desk for work and a very comfy bed. I'm a major tea drinker and there was both a kettle and coffee machine, plus breads, bagels, jams, cereal, and milk. I also felt very safe and the check in gentleman who helped me was very kind and gave me a nice tour of the place. I come to NYC for work often and this is my new favorite place, with the price being unbeatable.

We loved our stay in Leo House, the location is great, close to all transportation, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and it's a great way to start your busy day in the city. Rooms are cozy, beds comfy, great staff, very accommodating, 100/10, for a future trip to NYC I'm booking this place first and then the airplane tickets!!

I loved my stay at this hostel. I arrived at 8 am which was much earlier than check-in time but they let me not only leave my bags but also take a hot shower and eat their delicious complimentary, all day breakfast. The pods were very comfortable. I loved the privacy it gave me unlike sleeping on a bunk in a crowded dormitory. Quiet hours from 8:30 pm to 8 am meant I could have a peaceful sleep without being disturbed by partying teens like in other hostels. The location was amazing. 15 mins walk from The Empire State Building and right next to a subway stop. Cannot ask for a more central place.
