The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

This was a great stay! Hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The hotel is by some train tracks but with the windows closed you could not tell!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Metro station (line F) also at convenient location giving easy access to Midtown and Brooklyn! Room quite spacious, comfortable beds and nice view! Decent breakfast to start your day off! Price was quite ok for the New York standards! Highly recommended!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The location is ok, many restaurants nearby and other facilities. Easy to circulate between uptown and downtown Manhattan. Obviously i recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

I travelled to NY for work and stayed here, close to my office. The hotel is beautiful and I had a great view of the bridge and river. The room itself was well-designed, great great bathroom, and super clean. Would stay again. Also, the rootop bar is great with a beautiful view of NYC
