Loved everything. The ambience of the hotel took a while to adjust to... wish the lights were a bit brighter when I was struggling with jet lag, but other than that the hotel was good. Prompt house cleaning when required. Good coffee downstairs at the cafe just there also!

The apartment was just perfect for us. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The neighbourhood is really exciting, with lots of cool cafés, bars, restaurants and second-hand shops. It's a neighborhood that always has exciting experiences and activities to offer and there is always something new to discover. The central located, near to Union Square with good connections to various subway lines. Tompkins Park nearby offers a great opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Check-in and check-out were completely easy. Sara was very accommodating, She inquired about our well-being, which we greatly appreciated.
