This hotel is so beautiful (and not overpriced). The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (according to NYC standards) and very clean. House keeping did an amazing job and we loved their small gestures. The gym was really clean and had everything we needed. Just minutes from the hotel you can find the 9/11 museum, the Charging Bull, the World Trade Center... We loved our stay here and we will return!

Overall, I would highly recommend Luma Hotel to anyone looking for a excellent and convenient stay in the heart of New York City. I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.
