Awesome staff at the hotel, very accommodating and very friendly! Really awesome room with a nice view of the monument (unsure of name) and of the bridge. Bed was comfy, room was clean and great shower.
Easy access to public transport, subway and bus really close down the road.

Fantastic hotel. Location is good if you want to be on the lower east side. It is on a pretty busy corner so there is some traffic noise but the rooms have awesome views.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The communication was excellent, and the room was spacious with great amenities. Three big beds for three people. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the metro station was nearby, so we could get anywhere we needed to go. The hotel also offers breakfast and has a gym.
