The room was spacious, renovated, large bed, quiet, the staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful. We asked to change the room and they delivered my request. The bathroom was also clean and nicely renovated.

The hotel was very ideally situated, it was very close to Empire State building, Flatiron building, beautiful district of Soho. We walked everywhere. There are a lot of eateries within proximity to the hotel. In the lobby area, there is ice-cold complimentary water, you can sit to watch TV. In the morning, you can purchase breakfast from their snacks, coffee or juices. The staff was friendly, helpful. Our room was on the 17th floor, room size was normal for hotels in Manhattan, it was clean and each time we requested cleaning in our room, we informed the reception and they took care of our request. We did late check out and left the room by 15:00 (3 p.m.) by paying extra. They also helped us store our luggage near the reception area at an extra charge of 1 USD per item. I would definitely consider to stay in this hotel on my next visit to New York city. Thank you

Loved everything, the hotel was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We visited New York to see a family member and we are so happy we chose this hotel. The pool area is a treat and so nice to have in the hot weather after a day of seeing the city. The views from the hotel room, bar and pool area are unbelievable. Staff were so friendly and so nice. The bed was so comfy, really couldn’t ask for better, 100% recommend to all.
