Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. Great location, walking to all the sights and museums, or easy subway. Good supermarket nearby so you can get ready meals or ingredients to cook in the well equipped kitchen. Samira welcomed us in person, helping us to find our way and showing us around. She kept in touch through our stay and quickly resolved a question we raised. This seems to be a personally owned apartment, not one of those chains, and you feel it has the personal touch.

EVERYTHING was perfect ! The stuff were very nice and helpful, view amazing, Rooms very clean and so housekeeping made good job. Room had closing door so i felt like i have private closet. There was water in The hall and ice cubes was was extra bonus

We had a lovely stay, as usual, and this time did not get stuck in the elevator, which we were thankful for. Everyone was helpful.

Spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and comfy beds. Perfect location for midtown and downtown exploring. Right next to subway. Also very easy if you need to catch a train to Newark airport and save $100 on a taxi, as it is a 5 min walk. I was facing the back so it was also very quite, which is not typical for New York. Although you get zero views there as there is a taller building right behind it. No special amenities or rooftop bar, but you're in New York - you don't want to spend your time in the hotel ;)

I had such a wonderful stay at the Royalton Park Avenue – everything from start to finish exceeded expectations. The rooms are nice and spacious, with big bathrooms, absolutely breathtaking view over New York City. Waking up to that skyline was truly something special. A special shoutout to the concierge, who was not only incredibly helpful and professional, but also genuinely kind and fun to talk to. He made everything feel effortless, from restaurant recommendations to last-minute requests – it’s rare to find someone who brings so much heart into their work. Kudos to the whole staff as well – warm, efficient, and attentive at every moment. The location is perfect for exploring the city, but it’s the people who really make this place shine. Can’t wait to return!
