Great location, near to the Central Park and the river. The stuff was very polite and helpful! We arrived early in the morning, they had a room ready and the lady on the reception did check in. On the check out it was possible to left our baggage in the hotel for several hours.

There are plenty of restaurant options in the area.
The staff was always kind and helpful.
The bed, linens, pillows, and towels were very comfortable.
For breakfast, they offer a voucher for the café attached to the hotel. There are croissant options, but no continental breakfast.

This place is perfect for a longer stay! The location is great, lots of space in the room, we did not hear any noise from the other rooms or the hallway. The housekeepers were very nice and kind. The bed was comfy and heating worked perfectly as well. Wifi is very good compared to other hotels.
