Asked for a high room as we were on our baby moon, got the top floor with best view the hotel has to offer. Concierge was very helpful with babysitting. Everything was great.

Everything was clean and in order. Had additional comedy show. Strict rulles against alcohol usage, that made the stay even more plesent.

Great hotel in walking distance to the Metro line 1 where you can reach all city. Great staffon recepcion and in facility. Very friendly and professional. the 10$ coupon for breakfast was fully satisfying. The bakery on the ground floor was just dream. Very tasty food. If coming back to NYC, I will come back to this hotel.

A good choice for an economic staying in NYC. Affordable prices according of what’s offered by this hostel. Near subway stations, located in a very quite and safe zone. Jancy, the Colombian girl at reception very sweet and socially friendly. Helped me with lot of things, reserved my uber back to airport and everytime i got in& out of hostel she welcomed me always smiling and cheering me up!

Nice room, perfect location, warm atmosphere, service oriented staff. Breakfast in Nice Matin was excellent, yet pricey. I have been in this hotel s few times in the past and will certainly come back.
