This was our second stay at The Wallace and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in NYC. Beautiful boutique hotel in the quiet Upper West Side, close to Central Park and easy subway access. The addition of the Wallace Lounge , an atmospheric bar and lounge with live jazz most nights and lovely bar food is great.

What a fab place to stay in NYC. We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas in a 1 bedroom. The separate living area with kitchenette was amazing, our kids could go to sleep and we didn't have to have early lights out as we had the separate living area. The kitchenette was small but had everything we needed to sort breakfast each day. I love that they replace your dirty dishes each day. The room was clean, well serviced by housekeeping, had the most spectacular view of Central Park and heating system was sufficient. Decent amount of storage to unpack as well! The location was perfect for us, away from the craziness of midtown but close enough by subway. Easy walk to central park. A supermarket and delightful across the road and an awesome diner right next door. Staff were friendly and attentive, responsive to some minor issues raised and helpful. The self service laundry on level 5 was fantastic and so helpful for our longer stay as a family of 4! We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends!

Everything was perfect. Location with easy access to Columbus circle subway and central park with safe neighbourhood. Gym, pool, sauna, vending machines and all facilities were great and well maintained. Rooms with private bathrooms are an ideal option for my 1 week stay. First and definitely not the last visit.
