A special shoutout to the hotel staff—they were very polite, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel itself was really convenient, and we especially enjoyed the pool. Everything felt well thought out, from the poolside towels to the shuttle service to the Universal parks.

Everything we needed was on site and easy to get around via Uber/taxi. Grounds are beautifully kept. Rooms have all the connectivity ports very convenient and the ambient lighting was very relaxing. Entertainment options were amazing with huge TV and Chromecast for casting own devices. Multiple door options catering for a variety of tastes.

The place was in a great location for us because we came to visit Universal Studios mainly. But it was also very near to the MCO airport. The property is more than enough for 2 people. The cleanliness is perfect, and the washing machine and the dryer are right in the property's corner. We are going to choose this place once more when we come back.
