We stayed here for eight nights and loved it. The location, the cleanliness, the convenience and the staff. Rooms are a great size, bed is comfortable, and we loved the breakfast!! Hot coffee and tea offered in the lobby all day was also a nice bonus, as was the swimming pool. The staff was great, but there are a few that stood out: Alicia and Liz were both so friendly and professional. The STAR of the show goes to Barnabas!! This guy was super impressive from the day we arrived until our check-out. Holiday Inn Express Management....you're lucky to have him on your team. To see someone of this generation be professional, and take this much pride and care in his work, is impressive. We definitely recommend this hotel and would, without a doubt, return. Thank you!

Location was great! Near to airport and near great shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great love the waffle maker. Room was very clean and had all the amenities...fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and stove. Also love the dispensers in shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash. Also liked the options for entry closer to the room.

Felt new. Liked the room mini bar area - books, menu etc A lot of attention to detail on carefully selected brands they work with eg goop and Augustinus bader. Technogym was amazing, especially the little chocolate protein balls and hydration water they provide in gym. Nice vibe in lobby area

Everything, The staff are very pleasant. Security on site 24/7. Breakfast is okay, could have a few more options or change it up. Very clean. Pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The views of the red rock mountains are amazing.

I didnt eat breakfast. I was orriginally stayingnat the double tree hilton. I was not happy at all with the service or the room there but the staff and desk were rude so i called the crowne and booked last minute was provided early check in and the service was teriffic. Friendly helpful and i enjoyed several short conversations with staff and guests i believe the staff set the mood for the afternoon guests snd it caried into the night.. i would like to thank the management and staff for an excelent save from the hiltons bad service attitudes and not a happy hotel to great stmosphere snd enjoyable place.
