The room was very clean on arrival and we were told to let them know at reception when we like our room to be cleaned.
The breakfast was fine and good enough for us and their warm breadrolls were delicious. Coffee was good and quality was fine.
When leaving the hotel we were surrounded by nice restaurants and interesting places, with the subway it was less than 1 hour from the hotel to Times Square.
Sheets were replaced on every cleaning and it there were no bugs.

Incredible breakfast. I've never experienced a free buffet breakfast where they allow you to bring containers and take your food with you. Very generous. The food was a great selection, too, for a free hotel breakfast!

Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults.
Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.
