The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Steve and his team at 9am. We initially were expecting to just leave our luggage and then go explore, however we were delighted to hear our room was all ready for us. This was great, having hopped off a 14hr flight to SF. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The bed was so great, we nearly slept the whole morning. Steve also messaged us to see how we were going! Which was greatly appreciated!
I highly recommend this hotel for it's location, service, room size and cleanliness.

Stayed here for a week. Room is very clean and roomier than expected. There is a walk-in closet in the room which is very convenient for storing your purchases and luggage. The location was perfect right across Saks Fifth Avenue in Union Square. All day free coffee and tea in the lobby, and every other day popcorn. Microwave is also available. Staff was very lovely. Enough eating and breakfast options in less than 2 minute walk. This is the hotel to stay in San Francisco.

The location is really great without being too close to Tenderloin. The room was very spacious and well equipped, and the hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly - Rachel from the concierge desk was made for her job; she was super helpful and enthusiastic, and left a very positive impression. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a short or long stay in San Francisco!

Loved everything about this hotel! All was perfect ❤️ Ecellent staff at this hotel, clean rooms, fantastic views from our room on the 21:st floor, perfect location close to all the shopping. Hop on and hop of bus stop was right outside. Car rental right outside. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
