The staff were amazing and were always willing to help out and answer questions we had especially about getting around by Cable car and suggestions on what to do ...where to go and where to eat... The breakfasts were amazing and it was a great way to start your day. The only thing that bothered us was only having one elevator but we got a really good workout for 3 days as we took the stairs much of the time. The hotel was very clean would have been nice to have recycling by the front desk. We had pizza one night and the staff member came up and got the empty box and got rid of it for us. Absolutely incredible staff and we were very happy and fortunate to stay at a place where the staff were so helpful. Highly recommend and will tell others about this fantastic place we stayed at....also close to everything we wanted to visit and places to see. Also the bartender was really good and very helpful it was nice to get corks to use at bar
