I loved every glimpse of it! It's definitely more modern than others, also, the TV was connected with the iPad (from the room) & you could stream anything easily with your phone. Very central, clean, awesome staff! & Self check-in. For American breakfast, it was very good, also healthier options!

I liked the location a lot. It's just walking distance to different stores and restaurants, as well as the hop-on hop-off bus stop. I loved the water refilling area, tea and coffee nook, and the bar as well. There is a historic feel in staying here. They also offered different choices of special pillows for free. I highly recommend this place.

Good and safe location, with an excellent Italian restaurant next door. Very close to Union Square and China town,, shops & restaurants..Also, Pier 39 is in walking distance (35 min). Well equipped and modern fitness center, plus a 25m pool !!! Showers & hair dryer next to the fitness center - excellent!
Comfortable bed. One of the few hotels, where the carpet floor appeared to be clean! 😀
Good breakfast. Washing machine, dryer and detergent for free, which was really helpful for our family.
Parking garage next door: safe, but really expensive ($ 48.00 + $ 6.72 tax per night)

Though only for just 1 night, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were truly excellent - they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel for a few days before our stay. When they found out it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a nicer room. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in SF. Highly recommend!

Good hotel and good value for the money. Its location is superb, the Union square is next to the hotel and all the places are nearby. Also, the public transport stops are near. I recommend this place for everyone and I would come here again.
